OK ITS TIME!!!!! END OF SUMMER BASH INFORMATION!!
OK finally after a few days I was able to get the hotel information that is needed. This yrs bash will at The Suites of Old Town, which is located in Old Town. After speaking with Frank, here is what we have.
August 21>23
Building K has been reserved just for us which is poolside.
Cost is 57.05 a nite. This is INCLUDING taxes.
These rooms are like mini apts, this is for the ppl that have never been. Nice size living with a Murphy Bed, Kitchen is full set up ( just no oven ) and since this building is next to the pool some open right up to the pool.
When calling to make reservation use ext 2012 and ask for EOS Bash that way we will all be booked in the same building, and also be able to get the special rate.
I will spell out the number to make it easier for some.
One -eight hundred -four four five - three two nine seven.
There will be a special board just for the bash to make it easier. Please look for END OF SUMMER BASH 2009 under groups. This board will just be for activities, functions, ideas and anything pertaining to the bash!
Oh and if anyone has questions and such please feel free to leave a note here or catch me in the florida chat room and I will be happy to help in anyway I can! As new things come up with keep ya updated!!
